Uncertain about what you need?

Hello! I’m Del

Delanor Doyle Headshot

After 20 years in senior leadership roles – most recently as a C-suite executive responsible for strategy, operations, and organizational transformation – I have launched a coaching practice focused on supporting leaders who are navigating change, growth, and complexity.

Across industries today, the expectation is that leaders will do more with less, lead through uncertainty, and inspire teams which are facing growing expectations. The most effective leaders are not just strategic – they are emotionally intelligent, clear-minded, and resilient. Executive coaching helps leaders cultivate these qualities with intention.

My coaching practice relies on real-world experience. I have led diverse teams in high-pressure environments, driven innovation, and managed large-scale systems across sectors including healthcare, education, and business. I have advised senior executives, managed cross-functional teams, navigated crisis response, and developed high-impact strategies – all under real constraints and with real stakes.

Clients have described my coaching strengths as empathetic, insightful, grounded, and curious. I ask the right questions, hold space for thoughtful reflection, and support my clients in uncovering new insights and pathways forward.
